Seeing Colors Can Help You See Success.

Updated: Feb 7, 2020

We have all heard of the power of visualization. Many athletes, CEO’s, musicians and others use visualization methods to take themselves and their businesses to higher levels of success and mastery. And wouldn’t it be incredible if we could teach our children to do this from a very young age so that they can utilize the same tools to reach their goals from now.

Photo eye play is a powerful technique to help your children in two ways. It helps to develop their photographic memory as well as getting them to a point where they can imagine themselves as successful in whatever they wish to achieve.

So here is how it works:

We will use an Orange card which is well known in QSR (Quantum Speed Reading)

If you were to make this card at home you could simply get some orange and blue paper and cut out the circle and paste it in the center of the card or even print it out from this blog and paste it onto a cardboard of the same size to make it sturdier.

The Instructions:

1) Ask your child to take 3 deep breaths and relax the mind. Breathe in for 4 seconds hold for 2 and then breathe out for 4 seconds. Do this we each deep breath. 2) Then ask your child to stare at the blue circle for thirty seconds and then close their eyes 3) When they close their eyes, they will see the after image. Even if it disappears while you are practicing if you think to yourself, 'It will re-appear,' then it will

The Purpose. 1: In Stage 1 the child should see an afterimage of the opposite colors so for example the blue dot should appear orange on a blue background. 2: Stage 2 will be that the afterimage will appear exactly the same as the card you are staring at. 3: In Stage 3 the afterimage can change colors will change colors from orange and blue to maybe green and red.

4: And finally in Stage 4 the child will be able to change the blue dot into any image of their choice.

The four stages will slowly lead the child to be able to see himself in the image and ultimately be able to visualize himself achieving his goals of winning awards, sports goals or project goals of whatever he wants.

This process also helps children develop strong mental imagery abilities which create photographic memory and the ability to learn quantum speed reading or photo reading.
